Payment Policy

Valid credit card details are required to secure all bookings.
If your credit card details are not valid then your booking will not be confirmed.

30% deposit of the total amount will be charged once the booking is confirmed, and the balance will be deducted within 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

•Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur NO charges.
•Cancellation made after this time may result in the amount of one night’s accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file.

Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking.
